The American: Museum of the Hero’s Story mission is to preserve, remember and honor the history of our nation’s true heroes – the citizens and soldiers of the United States of America during times of war.

We firmly believe in the preservation and sharing of the stories, deeds, contributions, and sacrifices of the men and women of this country during the many periods of military conflict endured by this great nation.

Through the preservation and interpretation of historic objects, interactive experiences, and engaging, multi-media storytelling, our vision is to educate, expand understanding, and foster meaningful connections to the life, times and individual stories of our nation’s heroes for future generations.
